I don't blame their fans for predicting they will beat is. They have to believe in their team
This. And CFB is wild so who knows? We all do but they don't

We will probably beat this team by 17pts, but reading their board I can tell that they are much more mature than the kids that frequent this site.

I'd be more inclined to read Buckyville or 247 if I were an LSU fan. Doubt you'll see too many "42-24" predictions there. Buckyville is a board with a lot of dry humor, too, so that would fit well for some of you.
Don't think it'll be a blowout, but I have LSU winning by 10.

Coincidentally, Wisconsin/LSU match-ups over the last couple years allows me to talk shop with their fans. Some have no idea what they're talking about, others are pretty civil.
Sums it up here perfectly hoops

Haha - think it's par for the course with most message boards.

One of those Wiskyheads picked UW 42-24.

So sick of hearing about this shite. This LSU team would whip that LSU team. That team was breaking in an inexperienced QB.. That team wasn't nearly as talented or experienced as this team.. You have the bulk of the elite players as Juniors and Seniors on this squad.
I mean why do you think they play the games though? Upsets happen man..
That said.. 34-10 LSU rolls

TBH im expecting a Tiger victory but im not getting my hopes up that it will be a blowout. I know Aranda is not there anymore, but they are still a well disciplined team who will do their jobs and fill gaps like they are supposed to. If anyone thinks we are ganna just run all over them (atleast in the first half) needs to maybe pump the brakes a little. Its the first game against a very fundamentally sound defense. Now if we do come out and curb stomp them, then I'll be very impressed with the team and preparations. Here's to hoping for domination

What do you think the fan split will be? I see a lot of Wisky fans banking on Lambeaux being raucous and that being a deciding factor.

Let's remember 2014 when everyone laughed at Wisconsin fans thinking it was going to be a close game, and that they had a shot to win. I mean, we knew it was going to be a blowout, right?
Final score: 28-24 us, only after their version of LF got injured.
Yep
This LSU team is better than that '14 squad but Wisconsin feels like their team is better too. They had a FS playing QB against us. A mediocre passer would have beaten LSU that day.
Also, this is more of a road game for LSU than that 2014 contest was.
I see this game being very close. Their defensive front 7 is stout and built to stop exactly what Les wants to do.

Most of them sound reasonable. I'm glad a lot of them predict Wisconsin to win. Message boards aren't court rooms or operating rooms. Other than the inordinate amount of people on this board who wallow in LSU's misery ,what fan wouldn't predict their own team to win a game?
Besides, remember in 2014 when a seemingly large amount of Notre Dame fans were predicting a comfortable LSU win. How did that turn out?

I've only seen a couple message board posts believing that its the deciding factor, but I also haven't looked very hard.
I think it's reasonable to suggest that LSU has anywhere between 25,000 and 30,000 in Lambeau Field.
Truly wish this was a home-and-home series. Two of the most raucous stadiums in the country would have been awesome for fans and players.

Agreed, as awesome as it will be to sit in Lambeaux, Camp Randall is still more of a draw for me.
Interested to see y'alls tailgating. I know Wisky fans are more used to ridiculous 11am kickoffs, so I honestly dont know what to expect.

To be honest, I'm interested, too...
The unique thing about Camp Randall is its locale in the middle of a neighborhood. It is a huge structure surrounded by off-campus student housing, Regent Street bars, and some academic buildings (i.e. Engineering Hall, Union South, etc.). There are no big lots in the immediate vicinity of Camp Randall.
With that in mind, tailgating takes on a different sort for Wisconsin games. Bars and businesses along Regent Street turn into giant beer gardens, student housing morphs into all-out parties with countless kegs, and places like Union South houses big gatherings of sorts.
Here is an aerial photo:
Although family-housing and bars surround Lambeau Field, the stadium also has a large lot that encompasses the field. Many of the houses have parties before Packers games and bars (i.e. Stadium View) have beer gardens, but I don't know that I'd expect anything extravagant from Wisconsin fans in the lots.
ChiTown_Badger has a pretty good understanding of Lambeau Field happenings, so perhaps he's seen different in the lot than I have.

Hey I saw you said you were in section 134 on te Wisconsin website. I'm also in section 134 as I got a ticket from the Wisconsin market place. May run into you. If I'm belligerent please bare with me

Yeah I figured the parking lot tailgating and overall creativity/originality in regards to tailgating wouldnt be in wiskys favor. From what I have heard most people pregame at bars as their form of tailgating. Which is sweet in its own right, but LSU doesnt really have that option around our campus.
