And if he left he must not have liked it there anymore. And if he did not like it, I still say he was chased away. Nobody cried or offered him big money to stay.
And as stated the Bama fans I knew at the time didn't like him.

Yes we did, one of the worst mistakes ever made regarding our football program. If it wasn't for Dumbose, Shula would have never seen the sideline as a Coach at Alabama and Price would still be at Washington State.

You don't know if this did or did not happen. I didn't want him to retire, but I thought we would stay at the same level. No one in the world could predict that Dumbose would be the disaster that he was, hell he is still affecting the program indirectly.

There is no comparison of Pitt to Arkansas with two time Heisman runner up.
Pitt was god awful. Arkansas won the west last year.
Still a bad loss but nothing like the Pitt loss.

This is taking all the attention away from Miles and LSU. This morning on sportingnewsradio WVU fans were calling in mad at the ESPN conspiracy to ruin their bowl game! Now the Mountaineers wont be focused etc etc.

ESPN reported Miles to Michigan was a done deal. Why should anyone believe this report? Too many yahoos in sports journalism trying to break the big news without proper sources.
