Not looting, but my brother went to rescue family at 6am and was passing Blvd DE province and was stopped by two thugs that said they were taking his truck and boat. They changed their mind when he pulled his pistol

A friend of mine, who lives in Baton Rouge, texted me about an hour ago asking if the grocery stores in my area are running out of supplies because any place he can get to is pretty much empty.
My point is, I don't think looting is a priority for people right now.
