We went to Prime last time we were in Vegas. It was excellent. The Japanese Wagyu was fantastic.

If you like sushi, Jjanga is one of the best you'll fine.

Fwiw my 2 other favorite Vegas steakhouses in terms of quality of food are mastros and del frisco. Both are chains, however, and not unique to Vegas like prime.

The del frisco Vegas location is actually a huge letdown as its off the strip and the ambience sucks (their NY location is amazing however). The mastros experience in Vegas is much nicer as its in the crystals mall.

In terms of quality, value and taste, The Steakhouse at Circus Circus. They cook their steaks using lump charcoal. However, you will need to close your eyes when walking through the dump of a casino, Circus Circus. The restaurant, however, is very nice. A side (and maybe salad) is included with your order. I've been a handful of times and it's one of the best steaks in the city.

For an extremely high-end steakhouse, Prime at Bellagio. Ask to be seated with a view to the fountains. Service is phenomenal and the price you'll spend will match that.

If you split a steak, and don't drink alcohol you can get out of there for $120 all in.

Prime is very, very, expensive. A steak that's ~42 at Ruth's Chris is $65 at prime. it's a very, very nice restaurant and is worth a visit with a significant other. Not the type of place you go with your boys.

I think our tab was $250-$300 for the 2 of us. We were celebrating a special event, had the Wagyu, some wine and dessert so we went a little overboard. It will definitely add up fast ...but the food is fantastic and it was still a great experience.

As a local my favorite place was Chicken Shack on Sunset Blvd

Napoli Pizza is great

Original Tommy's Burgers

The best buffet(not the overall best food quality, but best food for the price) is the Studio B Buffet at the M.
