LOL @ Geaux fans in full blown panic mode....
Playing in the National Championship? Full blown panic mode? No, that's for teams that lose to Appy State & can't buy a coach.

You've played your last "I have a source" card.
No source, it is actually common sense. He will one day coach at Michigan.

Not if they hire the right guy at Michigan.
For some reason, I see their next coach either lasting 2 years or 10+.

You're really not a very nice person, are you?
I've always been partial to Michigan outside the SEC, and will try to stay that way, regardless of having read your venomous posts here.....

That's the point...
if you spew out enough meaningless crap and wrap it in the "I know", "Book it", "done deal", "take it to the bank"....typical BS...
Yeah- you'll get one right every now and then...
So what?
The point is...LES might coach at UM one day, just like he might not.
The only thing "I know" for certain, is that "you don't know" for certain! Therefore, quit acting like you do! Because you don't!
Need anyone remind you of your "DONE DEAL" that was going to be announced by December 3rd, if my memory serves me correctly.

As I said he did not have an offer from LSU until either Jan. 1 or Jan. 2. Most likely the formal offer was made on Jan. 2. On Dec. 30 he did not have an offer. He had talked with LSU, but there was no offer on the table. He left San Antonio on Dec. 31. There was no offer on the table. Sometime on Dec. 31, after he returned to Stillwater, or Jan. 1 LSU called and arranged for Miles to come to Baton Rouge for a formal interview. He had not met the chancellor or talked with him before that point in a formal interview. From what the news reports were, it is likely that he knew an offer was likely assuming the interview with the chancellor went as expected, but he did not receive a formal offer until the chancellor met him and gave his approval on Jan. 2. The announcement was made on Jan. 3.
Prior to Jan. 1 or 2, Miles did not have an offer from LSU and he was, as far a he knew still going to be the coach at OSU until not earlier than Dec. 31. When the article published on Dec. 30 was written, Miles had no offer. It is as simple as that.

Pitiful Wolverine. Notice he said he "plans" to be in Stillwater. Not "I'm going to be in Stillwater next year."
It has been a while since your team looked for a coach.
