The "New" tag would only be for threads with new posts since you last clicked on that thread.
And likewise, if I read up to page 2 on a thread, then come back in an hour and it's on page 6, there should be a button I can click that takes me right to the first unread post on page 2 since I was last in that thread.
Those 2 additions would be a game changer.

Id like that when people get to certain levels of down votes things happen to their account. For example after 500 down votes your account is suspended for a week. After 1500 suspended a month. Set a max of like 100,000 down votes equals perma ban. It would weed through the tards fast as hell, and people would be more reluctant to post stupid crap.

I should carry around 100+ downvotes until I think of something good to contribute.
People should have limited votes to cast per day, something between 1-5.
Then the votes would actually mean something.
