Ro is right, but Ro didn't exactly light things up in his second season at LSU.

In reality after a redshirt year and three years playing Ro had just 1068 yards passing, and 11 TDs.

It's easier said than done.

Rohan also had Josh Reed, the WR version of Kevin Faulk of that time. I'm not saying Dupree isn't a really good WR, but Reed could catch anything at any time, especially when it mattered!

Rohan like Harris may not have had the greatest coaching.

Do you remember Dinardo using a second rate WR coach as QB Coach while Rich Rodriguez was begging for the job.
None of the three HS All American Quarterbacks, Booty, Davey, and Nall, did shite until Saban and Jimbo came to BR.
Then Booty and Davey were turned into All SEC calibre quarterbacks.
Did you guys watch Hodson on the SEC network vs Texas A&M, his first college game. What a difference.

It is easier said than done, but he really couldn't get on the field much for those first years so that's a little misleading. Herb Tyler was the QB when he first got there and nobody was starting over him. Then everybody was obsessed with Booty coming back to the LSU program.

Rohan came off the bench in 1999 to lead LSU to their only significant win that year against a high-ranked Arkansas team in the finale after LSU had suffered 8 straight losses. He was named SEC Player of the Week for that performance. Then in 2000, he was SEC Player of the Week again for LSU's biggest win that year (and one of the best ones ever) with that win against highly ranked Tennessee in Death Valley. Then he came off the bench again and was the MVP in the Peach Bowl after leading LSU back to victory. So he showed some big flashes before he exploded when the team was his in 2000.
