There's a way to add the playoff system, but I have heard it's too much work and not really worth it.
I wish they had waited one more year or so.. to at least have gotten NCAA on the next gen consoles and the playoffs.

2. They're having a Kickstarter in 25 days to raise the money. It's being held through the Kickstarter site so if they don't raise 850k, they money is automatically refunded by the site, not the founders. They can't touch the money unless they raise the whole 850k.
3. I would advise u to wait and see what else they show us before donating. They're saying there's a lot of stuff coming out before the Kickstarter that we don't know about and they'll be releasing the cover, game name, website, online commercial, and a ton of other things before then. As much as I'm excited, I won't donate unless I see a ton of legit proof and legit people supporting them. I'm taking it one day at a time.

I hope they make something where you can choose each team's first down, second down, etc music. Then you can either do the real band music for your team, or you can say "I wish they played ..." and make it happen.

UPDATE:
The Kickstarter has been going on for a week now and they've only raised like 8k (they can't claim this money unless it hits the goal of 850k). They have like 50+ days left. They won't reach the goal of 850k unless something crazy happens. But, that's honestly not a bad thing. Now people will get to see if it was a scam or not. It doesn't look like it was. I think they really want to make the game. The good news is, before the Kickstarter, they said if they fall short of the goal, they'll still keep working on the game and try to make it anyways (it'll probably just take longer). They seem to have acknowledged they won't meet the goal, and now they seem confident that they may have an investor or someone on board that can change this whole thing. They seem excited about something but won't give details bc they said its not confirmed yet. Also, they've made a whole stadium (very similar to Bryant Denny) and it looks nice! They said a player model is coming soon. They already showed pics of helmets they made as well.
I think this worked out the best way possible. They're proving they'll still work on the game and everyone will likely keep their money. We'll see what happens from here.

If these guys actually starting taking off with this, then why wouldn't one of the big boys (ea or 2k),just step in and do it quicker and better themselves?

Well that would be a good thing. Right now, there's no pressure at all for EA or 2K to make one. If someone else starts trying, they'll feel like they need to. Idc who makes it, I just want a game.

I think right now they're thinking they can't make any money off of it. They have never made a generic roster football game before and don't know what to expect. But if someone else tries it first, then they'll feel like they're gonna lose their chance

A college sports game is in such high demand right now. Specifically football.

EA wants to make a game like they did before, with real players. They can't do that without getting sued. They would have to pay for those expensive licenses too and they don't think it's worth the time and trouble. But someone else, like IMV, may think they can do it and make it worth their time.
