I'm playing 14 with updated rosters. Passing is way too easy in that game. Virtually every route leads to wide open receivers

Yea this game is set up for offensive juggernaut. Try adjusting your sliders it helps. I think im gonna adjust as well. Need a challenge again on CFB

The worst is four verticals. The inside receiver on the 3 wide side is wide open 90% of the time. It can be 3rd and 20 and this play will work most of the time.

They answered a ton of questions on periscope the other day. They're using Unreal Engine 4 to make the game. That's what Rocket League and a bunch of other games have used. Their goal is 850k and their stretch goal is 2.5 million. Basically what that means is, if they raise 850k, they can make a basic good game but probably wouldn't be able to get many licenses and stuff. If they get 2.5 million, they can pretty much make a really good game. They have a ton of stuff planned this month including the cover and game name release. The website will also release and it will have a ton of stuff included in it that we don't know about. They also have a commercial that will be an online commercial I think. According to what they were saying, they're able to get a lot more people to see an online commercial than on TV and that actually makes sense if u think about it.

It's not. They said it'll be for ps4 and Xbox one. Haven't heard of any other systems or PC being involved. It has a release date of 2019 but they said the more money and support they have, the quicker it could be released. So someone asked them what if by 2019, there's new consoles and the ps4 and Xbox one are old and they said they'll just adjust to whatever system is the newest

I'm starting to think you have a vested interest in this game

This whole thing hinges on if schools sell licenses. Then the makers will INTENTIONALLY have to make every player NOT resemble the actual player.

There is an easy work around to that. Make a generic game that can be fully customized. Add in easy file sharing that can be built upon simultaneously and boom. Let the users do all the work because you know they will in a heart beat.

They need to bring this shite on shark tank.

Seriously though, I would be fired up for a college football game.

U know what's weird? They actually said in that periscope stream that they watch Shark Tank. They're just two guys in their 20s but they have a very good plan laid out that could work. Remember, they're just the founders, they'll hire people to make the game. They're already working with a couple of people. Also, if u follow any big time YouTube gamers, they said expect to hear from some of them soon

Also, some guy for a radio station called Hot 97 contacted them to help advertise. I checked his Twitter and he has a few thousand followers but the station he works for has like 700k. That would be a huge help to get them on board.

I don't think the sharks would buy into it. Not with the risk of the legal stuff like ncaa had. Maybe if they already had the licensing stuff from the universities, but it will require their money to get that.

Yeah, the Kickstarter to raise the money starts September 2nd. U can donate anywhere from like $1/$5-$5000. I think they'll be able to raise the money. It lasts for 2 months and the goal is 850k. That's actually a lower amount than I thought it would be. The stretch goal is 2.5m

25 days until the Kickstarter. 850k is the goal. 2.5 million is the stretch goal.

I'm not too impressed by their twitter account and I think with just what they've shown so far they won't be able to raise $850,000.

I love CFB games as much as the next guy but I won't be donating until they show me more concrete work and not just a marketing show of an idea

I'm just waiting for them to take what money they've received, delete their Twitter, and run for the hills.

I know

Right now this is a company founded by 2 cousins....but that's it?

What am I missing? I know we had some basic renderings but that original article said a "very loose release of 2019"

Hell. We don't even know what console will be out then

I could see still see this being challenged by some class action lawyers when everyone only buys the game knowing you can go straight home and download the real likenesses

Wouldn't hold up if it's already random and people create whoever they want to.. That would be some serious infringement to then limit people from creating or naming whoever they want... The rosters community is typically a free community and no one is benefiting from that work financially. Sure, some may to try ask for money, but the community now is free.

I wish they could update uniforms and stadiums from 14 and I would be so damn happy.

You can update the uniforms with Teambuilder. You have 12 slots.. so you can create up to 12 teams.

We have people who are doing it at OperationSports already..
