I have no beef with Disney firing an employee for leaking internal correspondence. You have an obligation to keep company guidance and memoranda behind the public wall. If you live tweet this shite, expect consequences.

If you have a problem with an internal memo bring it to your manager's attention not Twitter. Deserves to be fired.

agreed...I would not want this individual working for my company, as this shows a clear lack of judgement on the part of the employee. not sure why Disney would want this person working for them.
