I went to public school in a rural town in Central La. The kids who got educated and gave a frick are the ones who arent government leaches. Those kinds of people arent just relegated to black kids, there are plenty of rural white kids that took that route. The opportunity is there, someone just has to take advantage of whats there and give a flying frick. It doesnt matter about color, it matters about laziness and I've seen lazy arse whites as much as blacks. Take some god damned pride in making yourself a contributing citizen, it's only about color if you make it about color.

Private schools are, well, private.
If you can afford it, you go. If not, you don't.
I'm sure there are PLENTY of black kids that go to private schools. Obama's kids do.

You think the majority of white kids are in private schools?

I am doing an internship this summer and met a few of the other interns from across the country interning with this same business.
I met a black kid that goes to Brown. I said "damn man you must be smart as hell."
He said "well it helps out a lot that I am black."
Really nice kid, no race problems at all, we hung out with him all night. He just understood the situation and told you how it was. Really refreshing.

That's because every town in Mississippi that has a public school also has a private school. It's not so much about education as a way for the whites to send their kids to a school without blacks.

What does this have to do with opportunity, do private schools not let in minorities?
It's the parents. I went to one of the best public schools in GA. Why? Because parents move to certain districts for their child even if it means having further commutes to work. Usually those areas with good schools have parents that are involved and the community takes pride in the school.
Just going by demographics of the state, it makes sense the States with higher black populations have shittier public schools. Because they aren't placing a higher value on education.
Other races have no issue excelling in school. Blacks need to stop placing blame on everyone but themselves.

It's PRIVATE.
All you have to do is pay.
If you can't afford it, you GO TO PUBLIC SCHOOL. It is ridiculous to think that people believe PRIVATE school is a right yet those who pay for private school also pay for public school, through taxes. I don't see public school attendees wanting to help
Pay private school tuition... The one way "fairness" in this country is going to destroy us.

So private schools deny entry bassed on race? I dont know i went to public school. I know blacks have more financial aid opportunities than whites. In fact white have the least. Every minority has scholorships designed for their minority along with the united negro college fund.
I have never heard of a scholorship or financial aid for whites only.
