I'm sure it's been mentioned, but it's convenient to just drive out when you leave. You're hooking your "future self" up.

Some companies in the industrial fields require it for safety reasons

Backing into parking spots is trashy. It is.

Two reasons.

It prevents their tags from being easily run.

It allows for a quick exit.

The one that I never understand is when people pull in front ways and park even when the spot ahead of them is free.

Not sure if I explained that right.

I'm talking about the double row parking lots where two spots are facing each other. I see people all the time pull forward into a spot and park instead of pulling on through to the other spot. Why would anyone do that?

I always back into a parking spot. Makes it easier to leave when it's time to go.

I pull in forward so everyone can see my chrome truck nuts and Yeti sticker.

I do when I'm in a car. It sucks something fierce backing out of a parking spot wedged between two massive trucks/SUVs when you're unable to see what's coming at all. At least I can inch out and see when I back in.

I've noticed it too. Doesn't matter if it's 7:50 and a line of cars. Your arse is waiting for them to readjust 7 times to back in.

My wife (no pics) works in the medical field. At her office, she has noticed a trend that some people tend to back into their backing spot, patients and staff. For whatever reason, it's almost 100% AA's who do this.

Used to mean you had warrants and didn't want anyone to check your tag from the road.

I don't get it. If you can back in, you can back out. I always pull through if I can but if not, I know how to drive my pick up.

I'm amazed by people who come on here and cry daily about things that have absolutely no bearing on their lives. Why can't you just enjoy your life and move on? Who cares if someone parks this way or that way. Enjoy your life man.

Is it pull-throughs or backing in? Because I do pull-throughs where possible-- its safer when leaving since you don't have any blind spot.
