Maybe twice when I was an idiot at 18 or 19. Haven't once in the past 20 years though. How much does a nsf cost these days? I remember it was like $25 bucks in the mid 1990's. What a waste of money.

Same here. I could probably have $50-$100 a week in bs charges and wouldn't catch it for months. Probably should pay more attention.

About once every other year. I have an OD protection account. It still makes me mad even though it costs me only $10 for the transfer.

Maybe a couple of times when I was in college, then I set up overdraft protection. If for some reason the checking balance is too low, there's an automatic transfer from my savings account. Haven't actually needed for the bank to do that in forever though.

The OT taught my overdrafting is trashy so I stopped doing it.

I did about a year ago for the first time in about 10 years. I had a draft go through after I had closed an account and left a couple hundred bucks in it as a safety and the draft went through anyway.

It's not even trashy. It's just flat out stupid in most cases

I honestly only clicked on this because I couldn't think of what overdraft meant.
