What do you guys use? I mean diet with calorie counter and exercise or activity all included?

My fitness pal is really good for tracking calories and macros. Paired with under armour record it's even better. Good luck fatass

a calorie tracker and a pedometer are pretty simple to use. I think iphone has both included in the health app

1- Eat less.

As many have said, MFP is probably your best bet for a free app. Yes, it is tedious. Yes, when you eat out, it's not easy to get an exact measurement. But a) if it were easy, everyone would be doing it, and b) if you're trying to lose weight, you probably shouldn't be eating out often anyway.

And for people saying it's for women, you clearly are nutrition experts.

I use it to gain weight, and it helps me make sure I've reached my 3,100 calorie goal for the day, as well as my macros.
