Bc then only thing that is going to save his life with a penetrating chest, head, or abd trauma is a trauma surgery team and taking him to west Jeff would delay his care by about 2 hrs believe it or not and by that point he is dead anyway instead of treating him supportively for 10 mins and giving him a shot with the correct resources.
