How often do you wash your hair?

Everyday. But mine is not so much about the hair as it's about washing the scalp. My hair seldom gets to 1" long before I cut it back to 1/8".

I try every other day. If I go longer than that, I use dry shampoo since my hair can get oily AF. Being a chick with long hair sucks sometimes.

Are you a girl? Super long hair?
Girls with long hair can get away with washing their hair a few times a week. The oil from their head disperses slowly down their strands, and washing too much will dry it out.
If you're a guy with short hair, and you're only washing once a week, I promise everyone can smell you and it's why you're lonely at night.

It's actually unhealthy to wash your hair every day, certainly unhealthy more than once a day. Sure, rinse your hair out every time you shower, but shampooing every day strips your hair of its natural oils and hurts it. Conditioner can/should be an everyday thing, but you should only use shampoo every other day AT THE MOST. Ask anyone that knows anything about hair

frick anyone who knows about hair. If I'm in the shower it gets washed, which is normally twice a day and this time of year sometimes more. And if the shampoo is gone I use a bar of soap. I'm not trying to be a model, I just want to be clean.
