I think that is what they have set up. Jon's army close to defeat and falling quickly then the Vale army arrives.

So, i was hoping that Arya would become the "Ghost of Winterfell". But considering we all anticipate John to be victorious somehow (Knight of the Vale), I guess that is out of the question. Would have been epic, IMHO.
I think they should have accelerated Arya's departure from Bravos and had her come back as The Ghost of Winterfell. Plus, if they got really creative, she could have been a spy for John inside WF and perhaps reported on an Umber/Manderley double cross of the Boltons (GNC lives!!) in lieu of relying on LF and the KotV.

I'm really hoping Ramsey dies. His storyline seems done to me IMO. Plus he's a piece of shite.
