Because the first thing I do is drop a load of block into my truck bed on a daily basis.

I find it hard to believe that tool box put a solid hole in the bed.

Yeah, my thought too. Was a pretty large puncture for an empty tool box.

I have a spray in bed liner and mat in mine, so it's indestructible.

I call BS. The corner of the toolbox would've caved in before the bed.

Ford commercial using something slightly heavier than a tool box. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9jSDKoA_aHI

WE'RE NUMBER 2!

WE'RE NUMBER 2!

General Motors trash - If I were buying a full-sized truck - today - I would get a Tundra. Failing that, a F150. Failing that - I would try to talk the Nissan Titan into converting me.

Chevy, GMC and Dodge don't even make the list.

I throw crap in my truck all the time. No bed liner. After a few years there ain't much paint left but never seen rust. I doubt that commercial is legit. I've owned Ford, Dodge and Chevy and never put a hole in a bed.

Maybe now, but the 350 was the best small block ever created. Ford could never touch the durability of that engine.

sure they did. The Windsor 302 and 351 were equally as durable. The 300 straight 6 was untouchable as far as durability goes.

I throw shite in my bed all of the time. I've even dropped a 500lb toolbox in my F250, and it just made a dent. Only had a plastic bedliner in that.

I've only cut through the bed in one truck, and that was an older Tacoma. I had an axe sitting with the blade down, and dropped a big log on it.

Point being that toolbox had to weigh 100lbs and land exactly on the corner to cut that aluminum

I have an electric chainsaw, too. Some of the best money I've spent. I HATE mixing 2-cycle fuel.

I also hate taking cars to the shop - which is why I'm a Toyota/Ford man.

You realize the front of that tundra is designed to do what it did. You do understand the rear of that 250 is not going to exhibit the damage similar to that tundra...dont you?
