Tom Cruise wins this in a landslide for me

Denzel for sure for me in a landslide.

Really? I don't have that problem with Cruise.

Forgot about him. I have a friend who thinks he's the greatest. My eyes roll overtime.

Johnny Depp
Tom Hanks
But most of the above as well. Most stars thrive on being recognizable, comfortable. If they were not themselves they'd be less effective at being "a star."

Brad Pit for some reason (post fight club). I think he's a good actor, just can't accept his characters anymore for some reason.

Adam Sandler. But I guess that's kind of cheating. A lot of comedy guys might as well be themselves in movies. Can't imagine Kevin Hart is much different in any other setting.
Owen Wilson is another one, even in his serious roles. I just see a blond haired guy with a broken nose and a weird accent. Listening to him say Dohhhhhg in Marley and Me was terrible.
