Art should have brought it to a team vote.

How do people still misunderstand what the team vote and senior leadership council are? Both implemented by Saban btw

JoePa knew his assistant coach was using his position in the program to molest young boys as far back as the 70's (the penn state admins knew, too). If the death penalty were to ever be used again, it would've and should've been used then. But it wasn't, so I think it unlikely we'll ever see it again.

If Penn State didn't get the death penalty, I doubt we'll ever see the death penalty again.

It went way past with just being Briles to blame.

This isn't even the point of the thread... And that's not even a fact.

I totally disagree. What NCAA regulations did Penn State really violate? If Sandusky had been doing players, that is one thing. But even that is no violation as we saw with Pokey.

I do agree that we will never see the death penalty again because there is just too much money to be lost these days. A university would probably sue the hell out of the NCAA now.

I'm not real familiar with the details, but what NCAA violation did Briles violate?

Winning college football games and covering up accusations of rape are two entirely different issues. Not to be compared.
