They tasered him for several minutes after he'd given up. Horrible story. And his parents called the cops in the first place.

Should've took the keys out of the ignition, kept him contained in the vehicle, until more back up arrived and got him out of the vehicle.
Having him pinned down in the back seat continuously tasing him was unnecessary. It clearly wasn't doing any benefit tasing him multiple times.

That's not what I saw.
That one cop was lighting him up as the other one was on top of him. He even said, "I'm dead." But the cop was yelling at him not to kick even though he was limp.
