Everybody is gong to die .. Hate to tell you that ...
If my lifestyle is causing me to be a fat arse I would rather enjoy it now than those extra 20 years I might live when I'm 75 or 80 !!!

I get that. I used to say that to people when they would say I would die from smoking and drinking excessively. I have since quit smoking and drinking. Not saying you need to be as extreme as I have been, but maybe think about the people who care about you.

This type of thinking is very flawed. I got diagnosed with type 2 diabetes at 39 and my doctor said if I continued with my current lifestyle I might not live to see 50. That scared the shite out of me. Now my blood sugar and A1C is lower than my doctor's.
Also, the first person in my high school graduating class just died last year at 39 from a heart attack while he was napping. He was very fat and out of shape and it killed him at 39. Think about that when you look at your loved ones...

Lol this is fricking stupid. My Grandpa was always active and is now 74 and plays golf 3-4 times a week shooting around 80 every time. I'd rather workout and be in shape and enjoy retirement rather than just be bed ridden because I have all kinds of health problems from being over weight.
