We will see a few call up during the second half. This team is last place or close to it.well be way under .500 on the road and barely above at home.

I think

Moran
Musgrove
Guduan
Kemp

Will all get A call up this year. Hoyt maybe.

I hope grwgerson gets right because we could trade him to a contender and possibly get good value in july.

Gu-dwan is how I heard the Fresno announcer refer to him last night. I saw he was making his debut and put on that first inning he threw.

You'll see Hoyt before Guduan but I hope we see both. But first, we need to see if Devenski sticks as a starter. Then perhaps Feliz gets another run at it. If both are really MLB relievers, that really cuts down on the open spots this season.

Projected 2017 bullpen:
Gregerson
Giles
Harris
Sipp
Hoyt
Guduan
Jankowski (great potential)
Feliz (may start)
Devenski (may start)
--
McCurry
Minaya
Paulino (may see pen before starting)
--
Cujo (wildcard flamethrower)

The only reason Gomez is still in the daily lineup is because Luhnow needs to take a chance of him getting hot before the trade deadline.

He won't be back. Rasmus to Center, Kemp/Tucker Left and Springer in Right. Marisnick off the bench. There's your outfield.

If Tucker and Marisnick were both not sucking arse, Gomez would not be playing as much.

His velocity on all of his stuff has fallen off a few MPH. There is an article from April on fangraphs about it. He is probably fatigued. Also not getting as many favorable calls from the blues.

Bregman in LF if Moran at 3B is what I'm expecting for '17 at this point.

I'm talking about June/July of this year!

Valbuena finishes the year at 3B or 1B for the Astros. (I hope I'm wrong.)

Not that I'm bitching... it's not a big deal to change it.

But, I'm curious why "DAT: yadda yadda yadda" edition gets the anchor when:
LNST: #YesAllMen, Ed.
LNST- Let's pass Nurse Practitioner Legislation Edition
LNST: North Korea has Internet? Edition
LNST - If You're Not Drunk You Suck
LNST
LNST - Shaq tripping edition

Get free passes daily. Oh, I get it. in the DAT, there is a lot of baseball talk related to the Astros.. in the LNST there are really important things to say, like:

quote:

some tea...i may eat a few squares of Caramelo in a sec

quote:

Flax Brownie Bites

quote:

Water

quote:

Drunk

quote:

reefer
cherry coke

quote:

that dude will never escape Hack a Shaq

Approved Daily threads must have the date, the matchup and the time in the title...if not, they will be anchored...
