Per the front page of their rivals page - clemson.rivals.com.
Where does this leave Arkansas now?

this is good for Arkansas. Bowden would not have gone over well IMO. I'm thinking maybe they should go the coordinator route at this point.

Very bad move for Bowden It think. He is always on the edge of the hot seat there it seems. If I were him I would go to Arky

like I said yesterday. It was a smoke screen.

Well, I'm not in-the-loop. but my gut tells me that we are suffering from the after-shocks of the following:
1) Power struggles amongst the PTB now the Broyles is gone
2) A Chancellor that can't seem to keep his hands off of the Athletic dept
3)A FB team that will be void of talent the next few yrs thanks to Nutt's shitty recruiting(hear that Old Miss?)
4)A state and BOT still divided over the ouster(notice I didn't say 'resignation') of a HC that was one of the most devisive and polarizing figures I have ever seen
Whether or not any of you believe it, Nutt, our GOBNetwork and Broyles' constant meddling (and svengali tactics) may have put us down for the next 5 to10 yrs

Well, it all depends on Bowden's agreement reached with Clemson. If he got more years added to his contract, plus a higher buyout than what it would have been next year (goes down from 2.5 million to 500K next year), then it was probably a good move for Tommy. That, IMO, is particularly true considering that whoever lands the job at Arkansas will find themselves in a major rebuilding year(s). Whereas, for Bowden, I believe I read he returns 18 or 19 starters next season at Clemson next season. If he ended up getting more "job security," contractually speaking, then he probably made the right move for himself personally.

I always saw Nutt as a decent coach who was just a tad on the wacky side.
I spent some time reading the information produced from the FOI and it read like a cheap novella.
Nutt and his wife are on the verge of insanity and, without question, have major mental problems that require immediate help.
Arkansas did the right thing; now they must be patient and crawl before they walk.
Go get a top coordinator and rebuild your program.
