The Russos might be the best action directors out there today. The Airport fight scene was one of the most epic things ever put on screen.
Even though a lot of it is done by special fx, between the way they film the action sequences, the editing, the fight choreography, the sound mixing, and the stunts, you really feel the weight of every punch, kick, and hit.

So, what was the end/end credit scene?

I can't say enough about Black Panther and Spidey. They were awesome.
Loved how Spidey showed his age when taking down Giant Man.
Black Panther was just as regal and intimidating as I saw on the trailers.
The scope and scale of that airport scene was just amazing.

Spiderman trying out his new Spidey-signal wristband from Stark. Nothing major.

Civil War is a better Avengers movie than Age of Ultron, but as a Captain America movie, it's not as good as Winter Soldier.

Yep. Looking forward to what the Russos do with all of these characters when they're focusing on making a truly team movie.

Absolutely, my theater was dying when Spidey was describing Empire Strikes Back.

Wouldn't a nerdy teenager know that movie by name? That was the part of that dialogue that rang a little off for me.

Pretty sure he said "Remember that really old Star Wars movie 'Empire Strikes Back'"

Not sure why they wasted the Zemo name on that villain.
This was my only issue. Movie was awesome, best Spidey that's been on the big screen yet.

God Aunt May is young.
Marisa Tomei is 51 in real life. If Peter Parker is 15-18 in CW she would be about 33-36 when he was born.
That's what, maybe ten years younger than she normally is in the comics?

While it definitely has an Avengers feel to it with all the character I think they did a great job of making it Captain America's movie as well.

She was older than 60. She was elderly and sickly.

Very solid movie. Glad this movie didn't end with them kissing and making up. Villain was lacking but I liked how just a nonenhanced person was able to help disassemble the Avengers. Really looking forward to the Black Panther movie and Spider-Man: Homecoming. As someone said earlier it's a better Avangers movie than Age of Ultron, but this is the 2nd best Captain America movie.

damn son, you got yourself a down vote stalker.
have an up vote for your troubles sir.
As for my review... first quick reaction is this was a very fun ride that has some actual depth and thought provoking moments. It's very easy to understand where both Rogers and Stark are coming from. The airport scene was pure awesome.

I don't get the reviews saying nothing moved the story forward. A lot of shite went down in that movie IMO. It did more than just set up the next movies, although it did do that.
This movie actually had consequences for the MCU going forward. There are some minor complaints I had, namely the villain. But that's the only complaint and flaw I could find.
SPOILERS:
I mean Cap breaks Sam, Clint, Scott and Wanda out of the raft, setting them up as Secret Avengers and then you had Rhodey being paralyzed (needing Tony's technology pants in order to walk) and Cap leaving behind his shield. Bucky going under in Wakanda. There was a lot that happened in the movie. A lot of fractured relationships and some of them felt broken, namely Tony and Steve. The last fight was very emotionally filled and kind of dark.

I wish the plot had focused a little more on political division than using it more as a backdrop.
I wanted just a little more as well. We got some and I liked the part with Tony's parents and the fact Zemo's plan was to turn them against each other. But I wanted just a tad more of the politics before it went to the psycho assassin storyline.
But it really is a small complaint. The only thing that keeps it from being better than Iron Man and The Avengers is probably Zemo and the fact they didn't focus enough on the politics of the Accords. Having said that, I did like the storyline after the psycho assassins were set up, even though Zemo was meh.

Paul Ruud is a national treasure.
Black Panther and Spidey were phenomenal.
