That's a double standard considering I have been met with emotionally charged rebuttals since page 1 along w/ your undying love for a former buckeye player not being unanimously awarded the title of best pass rusher or any rebuttal to why a kicker with an 80 % FG percentage is a 20 year league lock and worth a 2nd round pick for a 4th place team.

i'm really not a fan of tampa's draft. they drafted two players at positions they just signed 2 free agents for and they need o line help and after Mike Evans they have no one at WR, and it's not like VH3 is a revis island level prospect either.
I think the best drafts were
1. Bengals - drafted 4 players that should and probably will start next year. tyler boyd might be the steal of the draft.
2. Lions - i love what the lions did. they are getting tough. A'Shawn is a big pick up and Killibrew might be my fav player in the entire draft. it won't show on the records this year as they will suck donkey balls, but they had a good draft
3. Jags - i like ramsey, i like jack but i'm not as high on ramsey as everyone else he's not champ bailey good or anything. also there are legit questions about jack everyone is just assuming he's gonna be back people passed on him for a reason. i like they got allen int he 6th which is essentially a backup QB on a 6th round rookie scale contract
4. vikings - i like treadwill, i like the german WR better honestly long term his floor is so fricking high. I think McKenzie Alexnader is the best CB in the draft and they got him in the 2nd.
5. Rams - would be higher if they did not have to give up so much to get Goff. I love Goff, i love pharoah cooper and i love higbee. they will make the playoff this year, bold prediction, hat defense is ready now.
worst 5
browns - took basically 5 Wide outs and honestly, i don't like any of them
cowboys - and i'm a cowboy fan. it's not so much that they took elliot. they took elliot, while signing alfred morris already this off season. not only do they take elliot while taking morris, i'm not even sure he is the best fit. they could have traded down into the last first, got Henry who i think is tailor made for that offense, and gotten more picks out of it if they were hell bent on taking a RB
dolphins - Tunsil, even with the off the field shite, disappears and is going to have an adjustment period going from that spread to a real offense. drafted a bama backup and a corner from a shitty baylor defense.
saints - start off by taking the 4th best DT in the draft at 12 lol, drafting a saftey who played behind a front 7 with 5 first or 2nd round draft picks (these are busts 80% of the time) and a RB that benefited by playing with the first overall pick at QB. horrible fricking draft
falcons - i don't see how they got any better then they were a week ago. i don't see one player they drafted that will be on the team 3 years from now

The team that drafted a K in round 2 that only made 80% of his kicks a year ago.
Now I know why you're a Saints fan. He's nearly 90% for his career. Most accurate NCAA kicker of all time if you include field goals. Top 5 if you don't. Kickers are one of the most important players on any team. And the Bucs desperately needed a kicker. Yeah, random internet NFL wizard, a 2nd round pick on Aguayo was fricking dumb.
Posted on 5/3/16 at 2:50 pm to TheOcean
I really don't understand the hat the Bucs are receiving for taking that dude. They needed a kicker. Why not take the best one available.
Posted on 5/3/16 at 2:53 pm to JBeam
Because he's a kicker!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You just don't take kickers in the 2nd round

Not to mention Aguayo was picked in the late, late 2nd round. Pretty sure he was projected to go in the 3rd. Yet taking him late in the 2nd was a stretch by the Bucs

Judging players that haven't seen an NFL playing field is an iffy proposition.
Judging on how teams drafted based on needs is a better initial litmus test.
That leaves the dumpster fire that was Carolina's draft by far the worst there was. Five picks. A DL, three CBs, and a TE. WTF?

80% huh? You got some facts to support or you just pulled that our your arse like the rest of your post?

my point being not so much need, but they signed two players that even if they are good, are't gonna start next year because they just signed 2 free agents at the exact same positions. when you have no possibility of getting production from a draft pick the next year unless it's a QB that to me is a bust.
bookmark this post. 3 years from now the bucs are gonna look back at this draft, and see they could have had Tyler Boyd instead of Noah spense and kick themselves. but this is why they are the bucs
i'm not a fan of drafting players at positions you just signed free agents for at least in the first 1-2 rounds. AT best you have a locker room problem with the new FA signings feeling they got doped. AT worst you don't get production from your draft picks and you can't put the best possible 53 players on the active roster.

so so salty.
2011 alabama crimson tide
courtney upshaw - 2nd round
dont'a hightower - 1st round
c.j mosley - 1st round
secondary players drafted from that team
Dre k - bust
mark barron - bust. moved from saftey to linebacker because he's too slow
Dee Milliner - bbbbbbbBUST. they just declined his rookie 5th year option
Ha-Ha Clinton Dix - not a bust
2001 miami hurricanes
d j williams - 1st round
vince wolfork - 1st round
william joesph - 1st round
Jerome McDougle - 1st round
Jonathan Vilma - 1st round
rockey mcintosh - 2nd round
secondary players drafted in the nfl
Ed Reed - ovbiously not a bust
sean taylor - ovbiously not a bust
antrle rolle - not a bust
phillip bucannon - borderline but i consider any dude drafted in the first round to get cut or traded 5 times in 8 years a bust.
mike rumph - so big a bust, you didn't even know he was drafted in the first round
Kelly Jennings - bust. single handily put the bears in the super bowl
don't feel like doing the 92 tide team but i know Antonio Langham sucked arse on madden 96

I think Aguayo was a solid pick.
I might be in the minority, but that dude is an absolute stud kicker and will win them a ton of games in the next 15 years.

Lol Deion Jones and Keanu Neal are both playing outstanding as rookies. Hooper is contributing.

I figured this bump had to be about why the Cowboys aren't #1, considering they got the best backfield in the draft on one team so far
