Pretty sure he said he didn't want to play in Louisiana as he was trying to stay out of trouble. I dont think yall realize how many bad influences cling on to stars in their hometown trying to get a buck from them.

Hindsight is 20/20. Dude was a major question mark coming out. And NOLA would have been the absolute worst place he could be.
