When the SO is away and you've got the afternoon to make a meal for yourself, what do you cook?

Hamburger mixed with bacon, on top of bacon with cheese on top of either Hawaiian bread or ciabatta rolls

What ever the hell I want. If she's here or gone, the answer is still pretty much the same.

And luckily she likes my cooking.

My wife doesn't eat real food (grilled chicken/salads) and neither does my kid, so just about every time I cook it's for myself. One of my favorites that they definitely don't eat is Veal Marsala.

I have a few.

Slow cooked trimmed brisket with meat heavy bbq beans and potato salad.

Rare ribeye with a fully loaded baked potato and a hit of chili powder.

Pot roast.

Extra meaty baby back ribs with my home made rub and bbq sauce, with golden mashed potatoes..and a hit of chili powder with devil'd eggs.
