How so? I don't think anyone has argued that Smith intentionally bumped Hayes, but it is pretty reasonable to believe, based on the 2-3 videos, that Smith bumped his car.

thats weird because some of the stuff that came out said that the people in the malibu werent friends or related to the smiths.

More evidence of shoddy police work. They can't get a report right or get evidence straight. Something stinks about this whole situation. I'm sure Hayes' attorney is going to have a field day with the latest mix ups in the part of the police.
