I love survival shows and watch most of them, including Naked & Afraid. However, I find Dual Survival and Survivorman way more interesting. For some reason in Naked & Afraid they build a halfass shelter on Day 1, and literally do not do anything else for the next 20 days except complain. I always end up fast forwarding through most parts.

I watch every episode. But I'm really starting to hate the lack of ability from the current season's contestants.

I mean, they build shite shelters. They can't trap, hunt, or even gather food for shite.

Alone is the far better show/series. I am hoping they start making more seasons in alternate locations so we don't have to wait so long between seasons.

I've watched a little. One 1st episode the girl was talking about how she had been doing things like this her whole life and it would be no problem.

Was dehydrated and throwing up inside of 4 hours.

I watch it... the dude from Jennings was about as stereotypical as they come, but he ended up being a halfway decent survivalist despite his slingshot.

It really is 21 days of them trying not to starve to death it seems, very rarely has anyone completed it where I thought they could have kept on going for a while if necessary.

The Naked & Afraid XL where it was a group and they did 40 days spread out over several episodes was better.

I watched a few episodes, thought it was pretty entertaining.

Have any of the contestants ever hooked up while stranded?

I like it, have watched a lot recently. They skip a bunch that happens and one section is just rehashing their stupid psr, but i guess they cant really show someone weaving a basket for 4 hours.

I've never before seen "Single Mom" listed as a survival skill until I started watching this show.

My wife and I watch N & A. We both agree we could not do it. The bugs would drive us insane. Plus think how cold you would get if it rained and your naked.

I lost a little interest after they did group one and Alone started. I still watch most of the episodes though.

Anybody else wonder how they keep the camera batteries charged for 21 days? The question for Alone is even crazier, bc they don't know how long they're gonna be there for.

I heard a quote earlier on this show.

"I don't know if I should shave down there and if a bug starts crawling that way I can grab it or not shave and have a Venus fly trap to protect myself in that area."
