I remember my mom losing her shite when she bought me a pair of expensive khakis that I had been bugging her about and then I immediately cut the legs

I still do this. Bought 2 pair of straight leg jeans last week and cut a small slit on each leg as soon as I got home. Helps the pants fit over the boots easier.
