It's at the same phase it was 30 years ago: waiting on the railroad. RR gives no f$&ks and state government really has very little power to compel them to action in issues like this.

Probably still waiting on the environment impact study. No telling what this will do to the native dandelion population that inhabits the ditches along the roadway.
