We studied this in school: #1 cause of AIDS wasting syndrome was taking toxic cancer-chemo drugs turned anti-viral treatments in the mid-80's.
So unless Johnny Football is partying on an old supply lethal dose of 80's toxic cancer meds turned into HIV meds, I doubt he has AIDS...
More like Meth or herion of coke can make you thin
But...current HIV medicines do not cause much body changes and most people experience no body changes at all
