I used the best example I know to show why strength in numbers and not one sole decision maker is light years ahead of the absentee owner - GM sole decision maker organizational structure.

I feel like the players union wouldn't let that fly.

A great player holding out opens the door for owners saying "fine, no more guaranteed contracts."

They selected Draymond Green, very smart all around player, in the 2nd round mf's. late 2nd round. He was injured during the draft. gutsy risky high reward medium risk (a 2).
