Paid 20000 in 2010. Added a sewer treatment plant and had all electrical work done. It was owned by my business and we are selling it. Trailer will stay on the current property. Just trying to get a reasonable asking price and not rape anyone over it.

a realtor once told me that mobile homes are just like cars. They only depreciate over time

You are going to have to include way more info: what is "the property"? does it go with the trailer? is it rental? where is it located? etc

I think you meant to say that you want a reasonable asking price so you can get the most you can out of the tin box.
