Jon Lovitz beat the hell out of Andy Dick, so he's okay in my book.

Your argument is terrible. And Lovitz is C-list at best. When your most visible role in the past 10 years is a minor character in an Adam Sandler movie (Squats Fitness Janitor in Grown Ups 2) you're not an A or B lister. OP is being generous in saying he's a C-lister.
