Is their prime beef cheaper than other places?

The pizza is pretty good as well.

What kind of pizza? Take home and bake or already cooked at the snack bar?

Slices in store or take home. Costco is freaking awesome. Yes, the prime beef is cheaper than WF or FM or Rouse's, which are your options in Laffy. Plus, cheap gas. The membership pays for itself.

Thanks. I am excited about it but want to wait for the initial craze to die before I go in there.

quote:Yep. That's what I said. My resolve lasted all the way till this morning. Got there right before 10:00 and it took about 30 min from filling out the application to receiving the cards. The store wasn't crowded at all when I went in at 10:30, but it was starting to get crazy when I was leaving an hour later.

The Kirkland vodka is basically Grey Goose but was cheap.
I keep hearing it's ''just like GG'' but I doubt it. Texas Costcos can't sell liquor inside so I haven't tried it yet.
ETA: rotisserie chickens

Our Costco has a liquor store built in. It's a separate entrance and requires no membership.

Correct, but they don't sell the Kirkland brands of liquor.

Boiled Eggs, Spinach Mozzarella Ravioli, Cheeses, Milk, kitchen bags, ziplock bags, rotisserie chicken, kids vitamins and at one point Kirkland baby formula.

USDA prime beef and wine
Plus very good Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Tuscan and Spanish EVOO's are both top notch), top quality Kirkland Signature Solid White Albacore Tuna, Kirkland Signature Lasagna (6 lbs!), great crescent rolls and, at least here in Los Angeles, French bread from La Brea Bakery. Oh, and for my money the best rotisserie chickens anywhere.
