Because greedy Benson keeps all of his car dealership money for himself. He won't even give any to his kids much less to our cap space.
Thats why the Cowboys and Broncos are always able to land big time free agents. Jerry Jones and Elway both put their own money back into the cap space. Benson refuses to do so.
