unless he develops a jump shot.

I'm beginning to see Blakeney as the better NBA player. Reminds me of Bradley Beal.

He is 19 years old on a terrible coached team.

Talked with a former scout the other day. I think he put it best. Said Ben is not a franchise changer. Not a franchise player. But will play for 10 years putting above average stats up.

And he can't make a five foot jump shot. I'm not sure if you can teach someone to become a solid shooter if they're this bad.

He'll be fine. He has no one teaching him how to play. Jones is the worst coach in the SEC by far

Lamar Odom was a better college player and probably end up being the best pro.

Agree. Odom was a better college player. He was even a better shooter.

He can't shoot mid range jumper or free throws. He has a hard time finishing at the rim on touch fouls. Not a good combination for the pros.

Sounds about like Odom.

With that kind of opinion, we know why he lost his job.

He'll be dating a Jenner girl (not Bruce) within a year of being in the league.

Lamar Odom is the best player I ever seen live. Kobe and Tim Duncan was on the court as well.
Odom had all the tools. Simmons may be more athletic.

That is a great comparison. I think Ben is a bit more explosive though, but to be great will need to develop a go to move offensively that can't be stopped. It's up to him.

Well good thing for Ben no one here runs a NBA franchise. Ben will probably go on to have a great career and retire with more money than everyone here combined.

Blakeney is an undersized NBA 2 guard

Lsu fans love having an elite player just for the future when they can turn on him. Will be interesting to see when the turn on Buga happens
