How to haul a 14 1/2' canoe in or on a truck

I just got a canoe and I'm trying to find some good options to haul it. My truck bed is 6 1/2' long. my truck doesn't have roof rails.Thanks in advance.

harbor freight > bed extender for trailer hitch. problem solved.

bed extender at the most

The Last Coco regularly hauled 14ft kayaks in the bed of his ford ranger with no extender when he lived in NWLA.

It wont be as bad as you think.

Put the nose in one corner and strap it in

Maybe put a flag on it if you feel like doing so
