I like Johnny U. He used to leave the field almost every game bloodied like a linebacker. There were no safety rules for QB's back in those days. But the Packer's #4 for modern day QB's for sure.

If we're going that route Peyton had a pretty serious neck surgery and came back and had a record setting year in 2013
True

Playing 6 weeks after getting 30 inches of his small intestine removed in college is something a lot of people don't know about Favre.

Didn't Dan Pastorini break like every rib against the steelers and keep playing?

You have to go back to a time where QB's wore real jerseys and got hit, which isn't the case in today's football.
Fran Tarkenton
Roger Staubach
Terry Bradshaw
Bart Starr
to name a few.

Gotta be favre or YA Tittle

I'm not saying Brady, but I'll defend the guy who did. Brady has played with broken ribs, broken fingers, and various other issues.
The answer is probably Favre or Big Ben.

I'll add Bobby Layne to this list. Anybody who could party like a mofo and then go out and ball so hard has to be a tough SOB

Dammit I'm pissed someone someone stole my Tarkenton pick!
Another underrated one is Jim McMahon. That dude ran around with absolutely no reservation or hesitation.
The obvious guys are Favre, Big Ben, McNair, and Romo.

I often wonder what his immediate reaction was to breaking his leg was.
