Anyone had issues with voice delay or anything like that on PS Vue? I have the latest update, but it's like watching an Asian movie converted to English over the last two weeks.

When will the BR area get more local channels on Vue? The nola area has CBS,NBC,and Fox locals

No problems at all.
What device are you using?
If you're running 4k it might be too much for the device to handle. Try 1080p

Recently cut the cord and went with a Roku. When I still had cable (hadn't turned it off yet) I was able to get Fox news with no problem. When I turned in the last cable box and only kept the Cox internet I went to watch my Fox news only to read that the provider no long will provide it. Other than going to a totally different provider is there another solution? Getting Fox news through Sling perhaps?

You'll have to look up the channel lists by the main streaming services
DirecTV Now for sure has it.

About to make the move...Cox bill just came and it jumped $16 a month. We’re done. I appreciate this thread for the research.

Is KODI still the way to go as you described in your OP?

So this may not be the right place to ask so sorry in advance but can someone give me the pros/cons of Roku vs Firestick? I've seen ppl say Roku is better but haven't seen actual reasons given
Sorry I'm incredibly new at this and to put it bluntly don't know shite

Thibking about making the switch to Sling once I lose my entry Uverse discounts. Looks like you still have to get both packages to really get everything you'd want. Are those the local versions of the main network stations or am I gonna have to still go antenna?

I tried both Hulu live tv and PS Vue today
Didn't really care for Hulu but REALLY like Vue so far

Ok. I cancelled U-verse and switched to SlingTV, Amazon Firestick and an antenna. We already had Amazon Prime and an old firestick
Might not save a boat load of money, but should be better than before.

So I've been cheating on Cord Cutting for about 5 years now by stealing my parents DirecTV login to access cable channels. They finally cut the cord and switch to Vue this weekend.
I currently pay for Netflix and Hulu Plus. I only have one TV for me and my wife and the must have Channels for us are ESPN, HBO, and Bravo. I think these will be included in most basic packages and ideally I'd like to cut Hulu if we are paying for a cable replacement. We are doing the one week free trial with DirecTVNow this week.
Is there any real difference between that and Vue/Sling that we should know about or are they all about the same at this point?

Do you have AT&T cell service?
Free HBO and DirecTV now is $10 a month if you go with their service

Not the biggest fan of the Hulu layout. Once my 7 day trial is up, switching to Vue to give that a test drive.
Hard to justify keeping Hulu strictly for Seinfeld.
