I like Muschamp. But I am curious why he would come to LSU
Agreed. Essentially, a lateral move. Though maybe he and his family liked it here.

I have been to that airport several times, and I know that the runway was lengthened recently to handle very small lear type jets; however, I have only seen turboprops there. I am not surprised that a twin Beechcraft is being used.
I've landed there in a Citation and saw several big Gulfstreams there...

Pelini needs to stay the frack out of Nebraska!
Pelini could very well be a good Coach up there. He has been a deity down here untill recently. SO take what you see here with a grain of salt.

Even though I am very much against a Tuberville or Spurrier hire I am suprised that peopl don't think there could be a Tuberville connection here. Even though I would be asking the same question if he would really want to come here

Maybe better athletes to work with? Maybe the opportunity to work with Big Les?

Could be a TT connection.
Wouldn't bother me the more I think about it.
If muschamp, well, if the boosters said hire muschamp, we'll pay the money to hire him away........

The charter jet is on its way to pick up many of the rantards who post on here. Jacked Up Tepper, Ron Mexico, LSU xman, xiv, and others. They will be taken to Lincoln to learn what a struggling program with poor coaching really looks like. Afterwards, they'll return with a greater appreciation for Miles and the effort the team has put forth this year.

Maybe he wants to come back cause he saw the march on tv, and said, man, These Rednecks in Auburn would never do anything like that for us!

The Auburn /Opelika airport is extremely small. The runway is not long enough to handle any medium or large jets. I have been to that airport several times, and I know that the runway was lengthened recently to handle very small lear type jets; however, I have only seen turboprops there. I am not surprised that a twin Beechcraft is being used.
Auburn airport is plenty big enough to fly a medium sized jet into. It's 5264 feet long. I have flown two into there. Also, the plane you guys are tracking to Auburn is a Beechcraft King Air 90. TAF's plane is a Beechcraft King Air, but it's not a 90. It's a 300.
And no, TAF does not have a jet. Several of the SEC schools do have Jets, but LSU does not. One of the most impressive is Florida, and they in fact, have at least two Jets.
The King Air that TAF has makes more sense for use a recruiting plane because you can put it down at basically any airfield, even a grass one.

worse came to worse, Muschamp knows the personnel to some degree.
Ok guys, remember the AA or DX blitz? Run it this play.

The skipper wouldn't be in a 1977 Beech turbo - no way - sounds like a medicine run.

I think the LSU DC job is an upgrade from the Auburn DC job - especially now with the threat of Saban, a defensive guy, taking back the state in recruituing...
I sure as hell would rather be at LSU if I were a DC and that is not because I wear purple and gold glasses...

I like Tuberville. I'd be happy if we got him should Miles leave.
