Old Mill Cafe
The Apple Barn (breakfast)
Bullfish
Gondolier

Gatlinburg isn't far down the road. It has a few more restaurants, plus a Kilwin's chocolate/ice cream shop.

Lumberjack fued is cool if you've never been, also Titanic museum and some cool zip line places. They also have a zoo type area with snakes and birds if you're into that kinda stuff. I believe the name is rainforest adventure. Hatfield and McCoys is a cool dinner show as well.

My parents have a cabin in sevierville and we go often. Here's my suggestions:

Pigeon Forge-

Old mill pottery house cafe (before or after go around the corner to the little kitchen shop and try all their samples. Watch out for the soup nazi)
Harpoon Harry's
Gondolier (more of a locals place but the pizza is good)
The island
Alpine Coaster
Moonshine (sugarlands is the best)/wine/whiskey tasting

Gatlinburg-

Donut Friar (if you do nothing else, go here. Go first thing in the morning when the donuts are fresh)
Cherokee Grill
Skiing/snowboarding/tubing at ober
Aquarium
Drive through the mountains and stop for photo ops
Arts and crafts community

Start your morning off with some pancakes at a German themed pancake haus. Work off the calories with a little exercise at mini golf. Then, go shopping for some airbrushed t shirts- snack on some fudge and salt water taffy (they have some of the best in the world-gatlinburg style taffy is a little better than pigeon forge style).Have lunch at Bubba Gump Shrimp Co for authentic Smokey Mountain seafood.

After lunch, head to Ripley's Believe it or not! -the wax museum that is. Then head to Ripley's haunted attraction, and finally, Ripley's haunted arcade. Have reservations ready for the Lumberjack Dinner Theater in Pigeon Forge. I think you can throw your food on the floor there and you can watch the workers pick it up. End your night at a couple of the go cart towers.

Man, I'm jealous. There's so many activities there!

first question is how old are you?

If you are in the Sr adult category you will be fine will all the theater shows.

If you are not in the above group and she does not like to walk-- this is not the place for you unless you like to attend the theater shows with the retiree crowd

We love the mountains and love to hike- even if you stay in town - it is a walking environment

The aquarium is one of the nicest you will find

Stay in Townsend and spend your time visiting the National Park instead.

If you are into miniature golf there is an interesting course which is built on the side of a mountain. It has two courses. To get to hole #1 you take a cable car to the top of the mountain. After the 18th hole you take the car back to the bottom.

Log cabin pancake house on airport road in gatlinburg. Its been there since at least 1969. You wont be disappointed and the pancakes are good too.

Avoid all the touristy stuff, and spend the bulk of your time in Great Smokey. I like to go to Cade's Cove at least one full day every trip up there. Drive on over to Cataloochee and check out the elk if you are into wildlife.
