re: South Padre Recs

We went many years ago for spring break and the place was dead. Locals said we were right between huge crowds coming and going. Ended up driving to Brownsville and walking across to Matamoras.

Don't remember much but strip clubs, mexican street food and pharmacies.

It is a wonder we all weren't robbed, beaten and/or murdered. Place is rough.

But, as a college student we had a blast and look back on it as a good time that i would never repeat today.
