pros: probably loaded with all types of wildlife including bear, hogs, deer, alligators, secluded with minimal foot traffic , and away from people
cons: water access only, may be limited hunting due to high water levels, if you're not out there it wouldn't surprise me if the land has trespassers and poachers

Hoping to get down there and survey the land in the next month or so. Hopefully, it turns out to be a gold mine of wildlife. My uncle said the water is pretty high right now, so that might dictate when my brother and I go. Well, that and my mom having heart surgery next week, of course.
