I don't have one. I just wanted to say that you're username is my favorite on TD. 
Homemade fried chicken and waffles should be pretty simple. To me it's all in the syrup. I had it at Legacy Kitchen in Metairie and they had a pepper jelly syrup that was really good. They also had bacon pieces in their waffles.

This fad is one of the worst. Don't get me wrong, I love chicken and waffles -- when done CORRECTLY. Unfortunately the only place I've found that does it correctly is Roscoes. There's more to it than just chicken, a waffle, and syrup.
