Usually these job board direct you to the companies parent site to apply for jobs. How long do you wait to call companies HR office after applying?

Choosing to. I just finished a project at work and there's always a bit of uncertainty for me with the start of a new project. My company is in Fl, and I work from home...but they could ask me to go to a client site, wherever that may be, for my next project. I have to say yes unless I have other options, and being away from my family really sucks. I wouldn't mind a local job again.

Going by your posting history I'd say Walmart Greeter is about all you'd qualify for at this time.

I started looking for job this morning and I found 3-4 locally that I'll apply for. I need to update my resume for each, but damn I was shocked to see so many interesting jobs close. Scary stuff though.
What did you use to find the job postings?
