Alton Brown style with Bdubs Thai curry sauce.
Steamed for 12-15min, chill for an hour in the fridge, baked for 40 min at 400°
Then tauced in sauce

Sweet Potato/Andouille soup left over from last weekend with some home made quick beer bread (recipe in the book). Perfect for a raw chilly night of watching bad football.
