Pete Carroll - tremendous coach - but NCAA wouldn't let LSU break the rules like USC does and get away with it...we'd be on probation in 5 yrs....( only USC - rent money and recruiting violations and NOTRE DAME - hookers can break the rules ).....

Not gonna leave SoCal and USC to go to LSU and Baton Rouge. Just not gonna happen. Can't imagaine any coach of any of the argueably top 2 or 3 programs in history with his record, recruiting classes going to LSU. For about 113-115 coaches it would be a step-up, some slighly, which is a great compliment to LSU FB. But not for PC and very few others.
